Return or exchange of products can be arranged under the following reasons:
i) If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
ii) if the Product is out of date or expired; or
iii) if the Product received is different from the Order:
Please reach out to our Customer Service at +60133404905 with your order number and information within 3 days of receiving the goods and return the items to the Company. The Company shall not ship any product replacement until the said product to be exchanged/returned, has reached the Company.
PLEASE NOTE: Intentionally damaged products and mishandled stocks/products are not included in this policy. The company does not entertain or accept product exchanges for items intentionally damaged or mishandled by customers.
ODC International endeavors to have all Orders fulfilled correctly. Any discrepancies of products delivered should be returned in its original condition, unopened, unsealed in saleable conditions to the Company for an exchange with a correct product.
If any Product which was not included in the purchaser’s Order is delivered to the purchaser, ODC International shall collect the Product from the Customer.
