The Act seeks to amongst other things regulate the processing of personal data in commercial transactions and to safeguard the interests of data subjects of our customers, members, subscribers, visitors.
“Personal Data” refers to data, whether true or false, about any individual who can be identified from that data itself or from a combination of that data with other information, to which ODC International may have access.
