About Shipping Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. All products can be obtained directly from the Company or Online purchase.<\/li>
  2. Product orders will be fulfilled upon full payment and acceptance of the purchase order by the Company.<\/li>
  3. The Company will accept orders:
    a) By mail or via online purchase or
    b) In person at the Sales Counter at the Corporate Office.<\/em>
    Important:<\/strong>\u00a0Always insist on getting your Invoice whenever you make any purchase.<\/em><\/span><\/li>
  4. The Company discourages telephone order. This extends to alterations to existing orders. However the Company will only allow telephone orders provided prior full payments have been made and if there is any discrepancy or dispute, the Company will not be held liable for such discrepancy or dispute.<\/li>
  5. Do not send cash. If a distributor chooses to do so, he\/she will do so at his\/her own risk as the Company cannot guarantee any receipt of payment.<\/li>
  6. Payment may be made by:
    a) Cash (if the purchase is made at the Sales Counter). No cheque payment is accepted; or
    b) Online Transfer (GIRO); or
    c) Credit Card (Visa \/ MasterCard \/ Debit Card).
    d) Touch n Go E-wallet.<\/em><\/li>
  7. Deposit of funds can be made to the following bank account:

  8. All mail-in\/online orders will be sent to the address stated on the Order Forms. Ensure that the parcel can be received and acknowledge receipt.<\/li>
  9. Should you make an order stating that you wish to \u201ccollect\u201d from the Sales Counter please allow a reasonable time for processing and packing.<\/li>
  10. All back orders will only be collected personally at the Sales Counter. Proof of purchase must be produced when claiming back-orders.
    Note:<\/strong>\u00a0All purchasers have the right not to make a Backorder Purchase if they choose not to do so.<\/em><\/span><\/li>
  11. Orders will be accepted on general work days at the Sales Counter from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. All orders placed after 12:00 noon will be available for pick up the following business day. There are no shipping charges for orders picked up at the Sales Counter.<\/li>
  12. Mail \/ Online Orders:
    a) All mail-in\/online orders received before 12:00 noon, on work days Monday to Friday which are to be shipped via courier, will be processed on the same day. Your parcel will reach you around 3 \u2013 5 working days within West Malaysia and around 5 \u2013 10 working days within East Malaysia. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed and shipped on the next working day. Orders being sent via courier cannot be sent to P.O.Box.
    b) Check your received items and the Invoice when an order is received.
    c) If an item is missing from an order and there is no back order, please contact the Customer Service Department +60133404905 immediately.<\/em><\/li>
  13. For orders made at the Sales Counter, please check that your items received are correctly stated in the Invoice and are in order BEFORE leaving the Sales Counter and notify the Customer Service Department of any missing items.<\/li>
  14. Upon receipt of an order according to the Invoice details, please sign on the Invoice to acknowledge full receipt. The Company will not be responsible for any discrepancy claims made after a purchaser has left the counter.<\/li>
  15. Any requirement to return any product(s) and\/or sales aid to the Corporate Office, please contact the Customer Service Department before returning the goods.<\/li>
  16. Orders above RM399 will enjoy FREE delivery.
